The City of San Marcos’ 13th Annual San Marcos Alive (Celebration of the Arts Street Fair) will take place outdoors on Sunday, October 24 from 10 am to 4 pm at the San Marcos Civic Center, 1 Civic Center Drive. The City will be spreading the word that art is for everyone with the invitation to shop at vendor booths, view art demonstrations and displays, and participate in over 20 hands-on art projects. Entertainment will include performances by local schools and music groups on two stages. This year’s event will also include a juried art show and a student art show. There is no charge for admission or parking. The San Marcos Civic Center is located within walking distance to the Sprinter station.
